As a Sales Executive at the company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for converting incoming leads into successful sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Telecalling: Proactively contacting leads to assess their interest and schedule site visits.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel by addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our properties.
- Site Visits: Conduct on-site tours to showcase properties and highlight their features and benefits to prospects.
- Sales Closure: Drive the negotiation process and close deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the client.
- Client Retention: Follow up with new homeowners to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm relationships that encourage referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive who embodies our values of integrity and customer focus. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and persuading different types of clients.
