About the Role

UrbanTerre is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our sales team in Hyderabad. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying their interest, and scheduling site visits. Your efforts will directly support our sales executives in achieving conversions and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new leads and introduce UrbanTerre’s residential projects.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their housing needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution.
  • Provide accurate project details and respond to basic customer queries.
  • Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel after every call.
  • Follow up with interested clients regularly to keep them engaged.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Communication: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
  • Personality: Patient, persuasive, and confident on calls.
  • Skills: Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to handle call targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and willingness to learn.
